I like the set up at Kinnick with the hospital in the background and the wave is a cool gesture, however, as a football fan when a gesture is what your program is known for and not accomplishments on the field, that should humble you a bit.
National broadcasters talking about Nebraska, “Nebraska once one of the most historic, dominant teams in college football with the best fans.”
National broadcasters talking about Iowa football, “The Iowa wave to the hospital is cool!”
Wow. More pathetic than I thought. No wonder they are looking for validation.
Most of that was before I was born. Every year you have more and more fans that have no memory of anything Nebraska has done. You are the Minnesota Golden Gophers.
Or maybe the Dallas Cowboys is a better comparison. Congrats. Your distant past is great. How's your recent past or your present? 10 years is a long damn time to only have one single win. Iowa is better than Nebraska. Have been for a long long time. Accept it.
That said, I'm here every year for a couple days win or lose. I was here two years ago and had a lot of conversation with you guys. I do rib you guys. This year is really easy because for years you've said you don't accept mediocrity and then rush the field for 6 wins!!!!! Lol It's just fantastic!! That's the height of comedy.

Do the schedulers feel bad for Iowa or something? Always ducking the best teams. Only played 1 of top 5 teams in the B1G this year. Of course they were blown out in that matchup.
That clown was born in the 80s and definitely remembers everything from the 90s and early 00s when Nebraska was dominant. Those memories have damaged his mental health.
I’ve excepted that is our worst period in my life of Nebraska football and you’re pumping your chest by beating us when we’ve handed games to you and you barely escape the jaws of defeat..
Not many schools have accomplished what Nebraska has in college football history and you’re content just winning 8 games a year and will never get to the mountain top that Nebraska has achieved..
Agreed that Rhule needs to address it one way or the other not letting us stand at midfield for a prayer is on the Herky’s and should address that..
I'd have been fine with the handshake snub if we'd won the game. Since we didn't we just look like punkass bitches. Also, I respect a team's right to pray on the field, and a team's right to keep the opposition off the logo. Check out Miami's 30 for 30. Those guys refused to shake hands at the Cotton Bowl then proceeded to knock a man out on the kickoff. They napalmed A+M off the field. That's real gangster ass shit.
What edge did that give us? Clearly it was invented, and it likely galvanized Iowa while we melted down. A bitch move that our guys couldn't back up. It shows how fragile the psyche of this group is in reality. Hopefully that changes with some graduations. I shall close with a poor Haiku:
