If this is year 3 & 4 yes I understand the uproar, but year 1 is a wash. Do people not realize the stability we have had for coaches/coordinators on that side of the ball the last 5 years? Sometimes stability helps.
Also maybe some don’t realize, I’m pretty sure the best this defense will ever look under Frost at Nebraska is what you saw from UCF when Frost was there. If people are expecting top 10 defenses we hired the wrong coach.
