We just started a walk on qb. If UCF had to start a walk on qb this year, you would go 0-12... again.

There have never been enough athletes in Nebraska for us to compete on the national stage. But we have. Maybe we will again. Maybe we won't.
Many people up here have seen this program at the top of the mountain, nationally, 5 times. Legitimately.
The program has always been located in Lincoln. There were people who believed that an improving Nebraska would never be able to overcome Oklahoma (more or less the Alabama of it's era). Until we did.
There were many people who believed we would never get over on FSU and Miami who had an unending pipeline of speed athletes and beaches and bikinis in their backyard. And for a long time they were right. Until we did.
Right here in Lincoln.
Does that mean we're going to get back there? No.
But this sport cycles. For decades the SEC used to suck out loud, now they're clearly on top. Teams and conferences rise and fall.
We have the right guy to turn the corner. Will we get back into the national title hunt? Who knows. Most programs never do. But once we establish an identity again, we will have a shot.
I guess Florida and Florida State need to start recruiting Florida then since they have struggled lately as well.

Totally untrue.....CSF went undefeated at UCF with the vast majority of players who were on the team before he ever stepped foot on UCFs campus. #UCFacts
