ha, please. the ncaa penalizing a school? how quaint. of course they comply. you'd pay plenty of $1.00 speeding tickets, too.they are so toothless that we have yet to see any university dip their toe in those waters and when the NCAA penalizes a school - the school generally complies
in lieu of the bowl game why didn't Nebraska just decide -- "you know what - those NCAA guidelines are toothless - we are going to hold practices this December" -- what the hell is Frost doing by not holding these practices - the program is falling further and further behind those teams that are actually able to manage 6 wins and a bowl.
and I would hope the NCAA, in this day and age, is environmentally conscious enough to distribute their guidelines electronically rather than by print on paper
the ncaa is the good old boys' club that's let its fairways overgrow and its greens burn up.
they bend over backwards to the conferences on a nearly annual basis to appease whoever they can in order to justify their position.
just like cancelling games due to covid, if one conference decides to abandon that sinking ship, the others would follow within the hour.
state legislature, similar to today, could play a big part in speeding it up.
I see you stewed over that response post for 2 hours between editing it. you surely could've made it close to TX in response to their SOS to assist your fellow citizen in that time. sad.
