There are now at least 3 teams in the Metro that are apparently going out of state to play a game in their “bye” week next year. One could assume that they’d have to have at least 2 weeks before today to line something like this up.

The problem is that the NSAA does not release schedules until February 7th.

OOPS.

This is a truly horrible look for those in charge with football in the NSAA…not that a couple dudes up top aren’t a joke anyways. One could make a reasonable assumption, that when teams get to know their schedules a month before everyone else, that they also have an influence on said schedules.

Things have turned really shady.

I thought millard south was opening in Arizona. Figured they were just playing the week before the normal schedule starts

Nope.

Not that they could do that either.

Edit: obviously they can do that in their bye week(I think?), but it’s different deal when you shouldn’t know if/when you’ve got a bye week.

There will be NSAA people fired over this.

It’s the leak that’s the problem.

Which again, would and likely has been an influence in scheduling.
You doing football still?

I think this year will be year 4 of not coaching FB anymore for me. I really don't miss it anymore.
