Scott Frost: "I don't think you could run Oregon's offense at Wisconsin."

I don't know… You brought it up… You said you root for the huskers above everything else. Which would include your family and friends.
Do you have a reading comprehension problem? Supporting my team against all others-meaning other teams. Which I'm sure you understood, but you just decided you want to be difficult-which is also clear based on your response to rrthusker.

No...it is not. If you respond to this you are admitting I am correct.

Maybe he is just making good ties to the area so of he ever does get the Nebraska jobn he already will have an upper hand on an area recruits. Pretty sound recruiting and job security if you ask me. He probably knows that many Nebraska kids will be much harder workers than many southern kids that have grade or trouble issues.

The last part of your claim is impossible to prove, and completely baseless.

Two good points here; and he is relatively young and a N legend; should carry some weight. I think it could be an exciting story for Coach Frost. He is an energetic individual and he is not afraid to speak out ( See after the 97 bowl game on who should be National champion ). I may not always agree; but even with posters here; I can learn. I don't have to agree with you 100% of the time to respect you .... Look at all the challenges HCMR had in changing the culture with some here; with the previous HC even holding recorded meetings. Look how much credit many here ; including Coach O over the years, give the walk-on program in helping form the " back bone " of the team. Or handing out Blackshirts. GBR

You could be right.
Frost still offered no matter if the coach contacted him. I do think people over estimate the talent that Frost can attract to UCF from local schools and they also under estimate some of the talent available in Nebraska. Frost's name IMO carries a lot more weight in the 500 mile radius than it probably does in Florida. We've seen a bunch of kids not get offers from NU and go on to be very successful elsewhere over the past decade. Heck TO missed out on a multi year Pro Bowl TE that went to Wyoming.

People of Nebrsska are more blue collar compared to the white collar of Florida. Not trying to say all of them are that way but in general.

That has nothing to do with football players. And is still ignorant and baseless.

This graph is based on the hours away from home for work so it really doesn't mean "harder working states". Terrible chart actually when you consider that MD only has the top spot because most of the people that live in MD have an unusual long commute in from work. So a long commute into work = a hard worker. Nice. Also, what happen to the saying work smarter not harder? Does it mean the top "hard working states" are full of dumb people who haven't found ways to minimize their man hours? I get farmers, there's not a way around the man hours there.

But please, don't tell me that Maryland is a hard working state just because so many of them
a) work in Baltimore but don't want to live in that crap town or
B) work in DC but don't want to live in that crap town

Typical for this board. Misguiding stats.

Made me chuckle the way you throw 'this board' under the bus all the while recognizing only farmers are hard workers. Are you a farmer?

There are a crapload of jobs where people work long hours and it is unavoidable. And are you saying Charlie Marlowe intentionally misguided this board with these stats?

Typical spinner, putting the worst construction on things.

I think you're overthinking on this one. RollingLaugh

I envision UCF being a "plan B" for several 3 stars..... Hopefully Frost changes that!
I agree. Florida is a hotbed of talent but think who else is there. Fla, Fla St, Miami, then you have the rest of the SEC & ACC knocking on the door. I see a lot of kids thinking "HMMM, if I can't get in a big name school, I'll see what UCF has to offer".
