Rhule spring PC -new weight room done. Dylan and Pro Day

Ehhhh, I mean, I get it BUT

No one outside of NU fans knows who Trev is or that he left to be the AD at AM.

Just like no one outside of CU fans know who Dana Altman is or that he coaches the jays 20 years ago.

It is not like some fan of say, Wisconsin, is going to be like "Dudes, We HAVE to get to the bar NOW and we have to watch that Nebraska vs AM game...dude...the NU AD JUST LEFT NU and took the job at AM...Man...this ****ing game is going to be LIT"
Trev leaving was scrolling on the bottom of the screen at times during the BIG championship game. Everybody on that committee knows who he is.

If you truly look nationally at collegiate weightrooms, this is not true. It might be the tops when compared to high school weight rooms, but Sorinex equipment is Tinker Toys compared to the big boys in strength.
What do the big boys use?

What do the big boys use?
Hammer Strength, PowerLift & Magnum by Matrix. These brands have stood the test of decades in Pro & D1 rooms. The fellas in Lincoln are gonna tear these Sorinex toys apart. Hope nobody gets hurt.

Alabama and Georgia use Sorinex.
Many, many big name schools use them. NFL, UFC, MLB, NBA

For under 5 years, they're already having unpublished break downs of the equipment.

You lost me at HS tinker toys. So, you're saying you know better than the strength staffs at the big boys like Bama, NU, VT, Miami, Tennessee, Georgia, Clemson, Texas, etc, etc? C'mon dude. These schools spend millions for the best athletes in the country. You honestly think they would invest in 2nd rate junk equipment that injures the athletes? 😂

Dude, that game changed zero seeds.

These guys did not see that and go "OMG! Mark, Mark...change the teams...Put AM vs NU!!!"

Who knows...maybe it did! **** it, I don't care.

Sorry you got your feelings hurt on the Internet again.

You're addicted to responding to me so I understand how you have so much in common!
You Being a douche doesn’t hurt my feelings. Not one bit. I know you’re not here to make friends. That said, no need to be an ass either, which is what you increasingly are excelling at. I know you couldn’t care any less about what others think about you and your posts.

That doesn’t mean some of them aren’t garbage. The one above was garbage, pure and simple.

Is there no decency behind a screen? Guess not…

NFL and UFC must not be "Big boys" either.😜

Sorry you're lost, but I'm not. Inside info from the Industry is indicating the tinker toys are wearing prematurely. This can and does lead to injuries in the strength & conditioning world. I promise you, strength coaches are not experts at understanding quality tools of the trade. They are more likely swayed by swag & cultish-type buying patterns. They're more worried about keeping up with the Jones and showing recruits their anesthetics in the facilty. Premium aesthetics do not lead to long term durability & safety in this industry.

Ok. You better head down there and inform the S@C staff ASAP. Then cut them a check for the non tinker toy equipment.

I'm still trying to figure out who the big boys are? If it's not damn near every major college, NFL and UFC?
The fitness industry, which S&C equipment is a part of, is one of the most trend-motivated market on the globe. These trends peak around 5-7 years and change by the end of a decade's long lifespan. You've heard of Bowflex, Nordic Track & Peloton, right? All huge selling products bought by a cult of followers because they think it's a path to bio-excellence. Now look at'em dying. Trust me, the clock on Sorinex is ticking and will fizzle by 2030. Just in time for our new S&C coach to choose another brand. Let's hope they're level headed and select a company that welds their 7-ga frames, not bolts together hole-riddled steel tubes. ie the big boys: Hammer Strength, PowerLift and Magnum.

That's all well and good. But saying NU's new 32k square foot facilities are on a HS level because you don't like the Sorinex equipment is a little overly dramatic. Especially when every major college in the country looks on par with NU's new digs with the same equipment.

The pairings are not decided by a computer. The committee meets and makes the decisions on who goes where.
Well, apparently you didn’t listen to the chair of the men’s committee. He talked about all of the computer data they used to make seeds. So are you saying they just went off ESPN? Of course it is computer/data driven, where did they get the data to place teams? Sticky notes?
