Well, we certainly are stocking up on under the radar guys that no one has heard of.Our next great RB will probably be some under the radar guy none of us have heard of.
We are #38 on 247 for the 2024 class. We are below Purdue, Colorado, Iowa, Rutgers, Wisconsin, Minnesota Penn St, tOSU, and Michigan. But Northwestern is #39, so there's that.Well we certainly are stocking up on under the radar guys that no one has heard of.
My FutureCast is staying on Michigan.@Greg Smith Smith Any shot here or is he still a Michigan lean?
I don’t want to be that guy, but I am looking forward to the day where the majority of these posts from prospects are from 4 star guys
Edit: he’ll, even just under half of them being 4 star works for me
I do like that part… guys with potential that they like enough to take the commitment now. Also, this class is almost like the “transition class”. The staff was hired so late last year and just a couple weeks or so before the first signing date that they really couldn’t do much about it at that point. You got who you got.I guess, but not all 4 stars are created equal either. The staff was obviously high on these kids, as they brought them in and took their commits now. They could have easily pushed their visits to the season and taken their commits in December, if they were backup plans.
Not surprised, not much Rhule can do if that’s the case.Penn State site had an update this morning on Carter Nelson.
Said after talking to sources PSU didn’t make a move at all. Said according to the sources they were told it’s a UGA/ND battle.
The ND site just had an update on their live show, and says they initially thought Nebraska had the advantage going into OVs but after talking to Carter, they feel Nebraska is a distant third & Carter said he wants to leave home.
The PSU update was from this morning. The ND update was from about 1400.
Win some lose some.. I feel like Nebraska is in a pretty good spot at TE..Not surprised, not much Rhule can do if that’s the case.
I would agreeWin some lose some.. I feel like Nebraska is in a pretty good spot at TE..
@PeliniTheCrutch lives inside of you?The "Get off my lawn guy" who lives inside of me at all times thinks that is so lame.
How many times has a TE really been THE guy? Shockey from Miami? Maybe Winslow a bit? Seems TE can be salvaged pretty easily.Win some lose some.. I feel like Nebraska is in a pretty good spot at TE..
As an aside…the one glaring thing that even a hack like me noticed was a definite lack of speed. If these cats are as fast as reported it’s an instant upgrade. We just looked astoundingly slow against most teams….especially on the back 7.I don’t want to be that guy, but I am looking forward to the day where the majority of these posts from prospects are from 4 star guys

I thought Hall wasn't being recruited any more? Ill take both!!
Sounds like DK has been working on them both...liking DK and his leadership more and more....two legit top tier WR possibly in the fold.I thought Hall wasn't being recruited any more? Ill take both!!
A big time TE can make a huge difference.. see Travis KelceHow many times has a TE really been THE guy? Shockey from Miami? Maybe Winslow a bit? Seems TE can be salvaged pretty easily.
