OT: Toilet Repair

So I have an anger issue and want to get that out of the way right upfront

The tank portion of my toilet in the master bedroom is broken because the lid came down mid-stream one too many times. I know, I should just pee in the shower. I replaced the lid into its upright position a bit too emphatically and the tank cracked around the base.

Can I just replace the tank or do I need to buy an entire toilet? TIA.
