Here are some questions:

As an esteemed member of the HOL network, how much of the info that Staff get are you privy to? For example, how many times have you known something the average husker fan would love to, but sat on it?

Do you guys get together over beers and bash posters?

Ever thought for a moment releasing a tirade that got you bant by other Mods?

And lastly, what is Sean like in real life? (my question I guess is, would he "big time" me?)

Thanks, and per the rules:

All valid questions.

Happens quite often.

Yes.

I have done that.

Dean wouldn't "big time" you but he might not notice you unless you speak very clearly and directly at him, more important things on his mind.

Sean seems like a normal guy used to see him for drinks up at 94/95 in west O before it shut down. Always polite

So you did or actually went and did it? Awesome! Don't suppose you'd have a link good Sir?

I'm not a mod but I feel qualified to answer these questions:

As an esteemed member of the HOL network, how much of the info that Staff get are you privy to? For example, how many times have you known something the average husker fan would love to, but sat on it? Constantly-three times today alone.

Do you guys get together over beers and bash posters? Yes. Weekly meetings at Shakers

Ever thought for a moment releasing a tirade that got you bant by other Mods? It is Sparky's sole responsibility to delete these posts immediately.

And lastly, what is Sean like in real life? (my question I guess is, would he "big time" me?) A little too clingy for my taste.

1) Yes. Actually we (the staff and the MODS) have daily conference calls with Riley where he gives us an update and then asks us for advice on all things football, life, etc. We only share a tiny fraction of what goes on during those calls

2) Every Thursday @ Dean's mansion

3) Actually (the only real answer here) I don't usually, but I know @sparky62 has and bant himself #truestory

4) Well, I know when we get together (see answer 2), he sits alone in an unlit corner of the room in a deep red leather chair smoking fine Cubans and sipping on $1,000 a bottle brandy. If we have a question for him we ask Mike Matya who will then walk over and whisper it into Sean's ear and wait for a reply. Once the reply is given Mike writes it down on a sacred scroll and reads it to the audience and then burns it in the fireplace.

Hope that helps

Not to hijack but Dan I never had a chance to try the Jethros Gumbalaya. Will be my first stop next year. Hopefully , Turks and Caicos has bbq as that's where I'll be in two days.

As an esteemed member of the HOL network, how much of the info that Staff get are you privy to? For example, how many times have you known something the average husker fan would love to, but sat on it? On a serious note I'll answer some of these. Yes I have, but it didn't come from here.

Do you guys get together over beers and bash posters? A few of us have gathered at one of my tailgates and had a few beers over the years. (kaz, Biff, skylar to name a few) but then again dozens of HUSKER fans on these boards have stopped by my tailgates and swilled & spilled a few.

Ever thought for a moment releasing a tirade that got you bant by other Mods? I banned myself one time for a week because I told a poster to F/OFF.

And lastly, what is Sean like in real life? (my question I guess is, would he "big time" me?) Met Sean a few times. Nice guy.

Thanks, and per the rules:

I haven't made it out to a Husker game in awhile(job related). I think it might be fun to swing through the tail gaters and meet some fellow RSS members. The only thing is I bring nothing to the table. I'm not overly social, slow-witted, can't cook, have horrible taste in beer and my appearance is, how you say, lacking. I do a great Chris Farley though.

I always introduce myself as LDSker, so you might have already met a few people without knowing it........

None of the replies has mentioned it yet, but the absolute best part of the job is all of the positive and supportive emails and PM's (now) we receive from happy and satisfied subscribers. These types of appreciative communications make the task very rewarding.
Without divulging names, do you have a top five worst list of complaints? Like so stupid you would be angry if you weren't weeping from the sheer stupidity?

Okay, after staring at this for five minutes, laughing, what's the story? Is that drunk repellent in the spray bottle?
No, just water. This is part of a series of photos that were taken of a number of us prior to the Fresno State game. In the spirit of being gracious guests, we walked around the parking areas outside of the stadium misting folks to cool them down.

I remember that game on TV, it looked hot as hell. That and I was pretty drunk and fighting to stay awake then falling asleep in the 4th on my couch so most of what I know about it is through the DVR.
