OT: Need some positive vibes.....

Out in Denver with some work friends and ruptured my Achilies Tendon playing basketball. Looks like surgery early next week in Omaha.

Ugh.....any of you fine RSSers have any thoughts on what to expect? Recovery tips? I am 44 and fairly active and healthy.

Sucks as I am scheduled to go out of county ten days after surgery
