OT ... LASIK cost? OMAHA EYE & LASER INSTITUTE?

I can't seem to find any pricing estimates on their webpage, but I was curious on if anyone has ever had a LASIK procedure done at OMAHA/LINCOLN EYE & LASER INSTITUTE, and what the general cost was? (before Insurance, etc...)
