No, that's pretty much fully on-topic. It's all a question of what the difference between "arms" and "explosives" is, if any. It's as valid a question as why C4 isn't for sale or why I can't have a grenade launcher.When conversations about the 2nd Amendment and the Constitution start to include critiques/opinions that it includes citizens' rights to buy explosives at retail stores, well, I think this has gotten slightly out of hand.
