the difference is containment. The benefit of spending money on Iraq was not great compared to what it got us. Sadaam was contained, and it’s expensive in US lives and money because we were paying US troops to do the job.

The benefit in Ukraine is greater for what that gets us. Putin is not contained, (see Georgia, etc.) so wearing down his army and resources is helpful. And we’re paying/helping Ukraine pay for its troops, which is cheaper. We are also splitting the tab with Europe. And American lives are not at stake.

What is the real story? Is the FBI withholding documents or is this some dog and pony show by the AG and DOJ? With the new administration (same as the prior), this whole thing seems contrived grandstanding and the reality is nothing will be released.

Lol. Destroy his nation? They were literally invaded and our now fighting to survive as a true democracy. It hasn't even been 15 years since they ran the Putin puppet from power. That same guy is sitting in Moscow waiting to be re-installed, by Putin.

It is beyond detestable what Maxwell and Epstein did. All those involved should be held accountable. It’s only because of the wealth and power of those involved that the information has been held up for this long.
