My wife and daughter were having lunch in Calistoga in the NValley with some friends. Bieber and his wife were at a table about 10 feet from them. It was my daughter’s birthday and the waiter got the whole place including the Biebs to sing happy birthday to her. She said they wouldn’t have known it was him if his wife hadn’t been there. She said he looked pretty normal then which was 2 years ago.
