He's letting her make a fool of him. She is strutting around on the field like a member of the staff. The players on the team need to respect the coach and having a girlfriend in her early 20s acting like she has him by the balls doesn't look good. He may have a great resume but the past is the past and college football isn't the pros. He's dealing now with players that need more discipline and who ate looking for a leader and mentor. Yeah, it's definitely not a good look. But then again, Bill was about her age when he started coaching NFL players. Getting respect from college athletes is not even on his radar of concerns. The thing that he can't ignore is that she is a distraction and that's something Bill has never had much tolerance for. So this is a big change. My guess is that she's working on some sort of social media project-- probably cross promoting herself and the UNC football program?

Agreed. Never have been too concerned with who is dating who. I have a really good friend about two years younger than me who lives a couple of blocks off the beach in the Belmont Shores area of Long Beach, CA. I think he dates women from 20 to 60. He seems to enjoy his life. So, if Bill were my friend, I would tell to go for it. On the other hand, I am turning 70 in October, so I am a little younger than Bill and I know I don't have the energy to keep up with a twentysomething year old.
