One Year Pass

I've been saying from the beginning, I don't care what happens this year. Free pass. Next year needs to be better than this year (which shouldn't be too hard).

Nobody will be fired this year, but a 4 or 5 game regression would not be a good sign. There are not many examples of a coach taking over, regressing that much, and then being more successful than the coach they replaced. If there is not improvement by the end of the year, I don't have a positive outlook for '16 and '17.
