He pretty much had to give up football due to the diagnosis of a serious condition known as cervical spinal stenosis. He will stay in school with a full scholarship and is currently serving as a student assistant coach.
Doesn't run nearly as well as he did pre-injury. But he looked way more mobile and comfortable moving around yesterday that he did in Game 1 vs Purdue.
One of their strengths is they don’t have many penalties and we’re the worst in that department..

Interesting, seems like a fairly even matchup on paper. Our offense is better and their defense is better, but neither are great. Seems everywhere we struggle, so do they. With the one huge exception of......penalties, where we are one of the worst in the nation and they are #2.
he does not run like he use to. The start of the season you could see he was not the same qb but the last 2 weeks he has been throwing dimes. michigan lived in the backfield for the last 3 quarters of the game. Msu blitzed a lot and only sacked him one time. He burned msu on the blitz with big plays.
Agree. They are the more disciplined team which will be in their favor in a close match up.
