I think he said "I won't have the Arizona coach coaching a Michigan team". Looking at that as an example, if it is Frost, or any other coach for that matter, are named Dec., 3rd. I can't see them remaining with their current employer.
Having said that, any coach with a team going to conference championships or Bowl games may insist on staying until the end if the year. Of course, if they have made the decision to leave, they understand the need to get started as soon as possible and recruit etc. But what about key assistants like OC and D.C. It would be really poor form for them to leave Immediately and take all their assistants as well.
It will be interesting.
