I know this wouldn't be a "splash hire" per say but considering his connections in the 500 mi radius, would it be out of the question for him to get a promotion? I know he's reported to be a very good recruiter and has alot of ties in Missouri, Oklahoma ect. Not sure what his coaching pedigree is so that would be a big question for me. Thoughts?
