Yep. I'm pretty sure Nebraska's talent wasn't top shelf when Devaney was hired, but it wasn't terrible, either. But look how good they got his first year! Great coaches do make a difference.

Our walk on white guys are some of our better players while a lot of our 4 star guys are busts. Just look at the walk on white guy from Clemson who thrashed Alabama's defense last year.

That stat they just gave of 78 points and over 900 yards in six quarters is just unreal.

Oregon changes staff and in year one they are a new team. Penn state has scholarship penalties and they are a top ten team.
