Does sirius have a channel that carries all Husker radio network broadcasts? Football, Basketball, Volleyball, Baseball?

No, but the B1G has a channel and Nebraska is occasionally on it. Download the official Huskers app and listen via that. They're typically 3-4 pitches behind, which isn't bad.
