I’m a Boglehead (jack bogle) and any bogleheads look down on ramsey which is funny because there are some commonalities and I believe most bogelheads are clueless of just how clueless most people are about money.

Im glad ramsey is out there for those people who have no idea. His advice wouldnt be the best for everybody, but would be the worst for nobody. His advice helps people, if it didnt no one would hear from him.

Had I followed ramsey instead of bogle I would not be as well off as I am now, but had I followed ramsey I would be a lot better off than winging it on my own.

I do not know the variety of Fescue you used, there are many, but the Turf Type is very similar to the Bluegrass. You can try more Bluegrass, but when the temps get above 80-85 on a regular basis the Bluegrass goes dormant and wants to rest...

Turf type fescue really doesn’t look like bluegrass. I know that’s a selling point but it just doesn’t. Maybe from a distance. I’ve got both.
