Getting closer to unlimited eligibility

Some guys getting paid better than the NFL. Granted they are long term contracts but they sure are lucrative.

NCAA upholds the bylaws as created by its members. He should have to have Vanderbilt petition other schools to change the bylaw. Instead of having one single judge decide it

Any player that wants to play college when he is 25 or older. Put a fkn bullet in their head . The are a worthless part of our society.
Funny how this keeps popping up, huh @Big bo fan

The whole thing is just getting ridiculous. Last year my 18 year old daughter was playing college softball against 25 year old women.

No they are not the same. Having children ranging in ages from 30-18, there is a big difference between them.

At some point common sense is going to have to play a part in common law.

Stupidest time in history.

How do these morons get appointed to the bench?

In a lot of cases judges are elected. That's on voters. Not sure about this judge but I'm going to check

Edit: appointed in 2017
This is a federal district court. He was appointed by President Trump and confirmed by the Senate 97-0. He is a graduate of the U.S. Naval Academy. I guess read the opinion and agree or agree to disagree with his reasoning. But, this is not some backwoods country bumpkin elected to a county court bench by a bunch of drinking buddies.

Ah, there's the problem. It's who appointed said judge!

Still an out of touch moron making decisions with implications far beyond what he even knows.

A lot of times it’s not the judge it’s which ever attorney makes a better case, in layman’s terms which lawyer is a better used car salesman, and I can see the NCAA send some monotone dry attorney that couldn’t make out a decent will for a client

Ouch. That's not gonna fit the tidy narrative.

With how much NIL is paying, I could see some NFL lower salary players going back to college and getting paid a lot more. Imagine Suh getting another year!

This sounds like a Dinglefritz defense which just makes it seem all the more likely the judicial system is an incompetent cluster**** of an institution.

Been burned by this on occasion but people become judges because they suck at being an attorney l

Credentials don't equal wisdom or commonsense. If that hasn't become blatantly obvious to people in the last 4 years, it never will.
