In a lot of cases judges are elected. That's on voters. Not sure about this judge but I'm going to check

Dudes are gonna be leaving college with an undergrad, masters, law degree AND a medical degree.
This is a federal district court. He was appointed by President Trump and confirmed by the Senate 97-0. He is a graduate of the U.S. Naval Academy. I guess read the opinion and agree or agree to disagree with his reasoning. But, this is not some backwoods country bumpkin elected to a county court bench by a bunch of drinking buddies.

If it isn't and players can stay longer, there won't be many spots for kids coming out of high school.
