I remember when it was “Who got the better hire, Nebraska or UCLA.? “. Now four years later it’s, “Which coach has been a bigger failure Chip or Scott?” I don’t think a lot of folks would have said either would have less than 15 wins at this point. Sad days for both programs
Fresno State has an interesting coaching staff. Head coach Kevin DeBoer is a native of Souith Dakota. His OC is from Kingsley, Iowa (30 miles NE of Sioux City). Several of his staff trace back to DeBoer's time as head coach at University of Sioux Falls (BTW he was 67-3 at U of Sioux Falls). DeBoer has been successful wherever he has coached. Would not be surprised if he is successful at Fresno State that he finally gets looks from the "big" schools.
The Big 12 should invite Fresno State to join their conference. They are certainly a tough team and have pulled a lot of upsets over Power 5/BCS teams in years past.

Imagine having a QB whose able to hit guys in stride so they can make plays AFTER the catch.....while being barely able to WALK!
Fresno QB is a warrior and damned good. UCLA players are constantly showboating and chirping.
