I still play my old 2009 copy on PS2 on occasion lol. Been thinking about getting a PS5 and getting back into gaming a bit. Would love to try out a new NCAA game if it's good. Getting hyped for GTA 6 and some other games sounds like fun as well

If you’ve been playing 2009 even occasionally, you’ll be hooked. It’s got it’s kinks like any EA game and I wish 2k would’ve made it but it is absolutely worth it

I played ncaa14 for years and figured I’d be disappointed in this game because I don’t like the next gen madden games but I was pleasantly surprised. At least the offline experience is awesome. I’m on year 5 of my dynasty. Left Nebraska after winning the national championship in year 4 to take over a 1-11 UAB team. It’s a blast

I’m been trying to rebuild the Kent State Golden Flashes who were half a star prestige. Going from five star prestige at Nebraska to half a star prestige really hurts when you only have around 300 hours compared to about 1300 but the challenge is fun. I have built kent state to three stars but it took five long seasons.

I have already coached 20 seasons so only have ten seasons left to turn kent state into a five star powerhouse before the game forces you to retire at 30.

Best football sim Ive ever played. All games have some issue but theyre minor in this installment. Gameplay is phenomenal. Back in 2009, I was one of the top players in the world. Graduated from college into a recession in 2008.

Look, I"m not proud of being a loser playing video games but at least I was the best in the world online in both madden and ncaa. This was before family and I was still a kid, mentally. Plus the job market was dogshit. I had to move furniture to pay rent. All of those challenges made me into what I am today, so, in retrospect Im very grateful

I’m still pretty salty. Online I get to Heisman but haven’t won the playoffs in that yet. I usually use tier 3 teams. Most players perfect some YouTube scheme and spam 3 plays all game long. I have seen one guy with a nanoblitz out of a 3 man rush

also incredibly infuriating when it works.

I played a guy who used USC and ran the same play out of an empty backfield the entire game. made the perfect read every single time and beat me with a last second tipped pass TD.

it was obnoxious.

Yes I suck at defense so only play offense and sim the rest in dynasty to make the games go by faster.
