The delay of penalty on the Huskers drive before the half is on Frost. All other coaches can catch that and call the timeout from the sideline. It gave the ball back to Ohio State and the ensuing score changed the feel of the entire first half. Add to that the dumb penalties and I am not sure I have the faith I once had in him and certainly not in Chin.
