So I got to thinking about Cav's bbq and how it is brought up all the time and wondered if anyone had tried it or knows someone who has. Was it KC or Carolina style or a special Cav-style? These cold days make me long for getting out and bbq-ing again and I knew Cav was legendary from all accounts and wanted to hear any first hand accounts of it. I hope the 300+ days of snow up in Syracuse, NY doesn't keep Cav from treating his new OLine to his famous 'Q'.
