Chiefs

Fisher left the zebra's with little choice but to call that, if Kelce wants to be pissed about something, be pissed Fisher let a 38 year old guy beat him to the edge like that. Having said that, Alex Smith would have had his ass handed to him in Foxboro next week anyway and I guarantee you Belichick was rooting for the Chiefs as well. There's a reason for that.

This is a case where the bye week hurt. The Chiefs were out of sync all night. Dropped passes were one thing, but they were constantly late getting to the LOS - it cost them critical time-outs, and who knows how many check calls were missed because there was not enough time.

Their defense did just enough - holding Pittsburgh to 18 points the way Bell was running was remarkable. That was enough to win the game. Their offense could not find rhythm and that cost them the game.

So much for Andy Reid's stellar record (16-2 in the regular season) after a bye. He's still a great coach, just not sure he'll ever get the Chiefs over the hump. Seems like they need to update a couple spots on the offense.

First drive of the game and the chiefs call a defensive time-out on the fourth down play, first words I heard in the room were, well Andy won't have as many timeouts to screw up his clock management with later.

Pittsburgh did enough to keep KC off balance on defense and the KC offense didn't get any consistency after the first drive they had. The big weapons didn't get it done, period. Once the Steelers quit squib kicking and just made the rookie make plays on kick offs they were fine.

Will the Steelers get through New England, well find out on Brown's Facebook live page this week as they go through the locker room. . Like Antonio Brown a ton but wow what bone headed move.
