It is disappointing that Painter can't land the talent needed to consistently push past the sweet 16. Should have made it back to the elite 8 last year, but a bad game hurt. Purdue has some bright seasons upcoming though. Keep getting to the sweet 16 and they will break through. Don't recruit well enough to consistently break through so they rely on luck and getting hot more than you'd like.

I, personally, find these performances not only highly entertaining but also quite profitable.
Fatt Painter in the 2nd weekend of the tourney is an absolute gift year in and year out.
Its better than winning like 6 games a year. But idk what Painter has to do with this thread and idk why you feel the need to insult him. So I'm not gonna discuss Purdue basketball further in this thread and then be blamed for derailing it even though you did so. Want to discuss it rationally, shoot me a DM or start a new thread. I definitely don't let people like them skew my reality on certain fan bases. Nebraska is one of my favorites. I love coming to memorial stadium and Lincoln for the Purdue Nebraska game. Such a fun environment and an even better experience tailgating with huskers before the game.

Fair enough. There is a huge difference in that JBL321 guy and King_Kong. One hammers on the Huskers non stop and one hammers on everything else without much thought. Then doubles down when proven incorrect. One also can’t look past screen names and be civil about sports talk. Both are trolls, IMO.

It's all osu though. You look at the average finish of the east vs the west in a 1-14 ranking over the past few years and it's almost even between the east and the west. You swap osu and Wisconsin, then the west is better than the east. It all hinges on osu. Though, osu is probably glad they don't play Purdue every year.
