They had a clear path at home to their first SB. They lose to a rookie QB and a first year head coach with a new owner. Will they ever make a SB?

I know injuries were a killer for them but damn.Yes. This is their team that should go to the SB but injuries on defense, they have no chance. Can't expect to score 40+ in the playoffs.
I'm a Chargers fan, everything has to line up perfectly to have a chance for those franchises. Chiefs and Pats fans can have great teams for 20 years. Steelers fans etc.I know injuries were a killer for them but damn.
Same goes for conference champs at the college level.
They’ll make it when not expected toThey had a clear path at home to their first SB. They lose to a rookie QB and a first year head coach with a new owner. Will they ever make a SB?
I thought this was a bad match up for Detroit. Our bad Lions. If Baker didn’t fumble that football Tampa goes on to win and lions are playing LA insteadThey had a clear path at home to their first SB. They lose to a rookie QB and a first year head coach with a new owner. Will they ever make a SB?
Brutal. LolI thought this was a bad match up for Detroit. Our bad Lions. If Baker didn’t fumble that football Tampa goes on to win and lions are playing LA instead
Lions won 2 playoff games last year. Prior to that, this would have been true - 1 win, in 1991 since the 50’s.Crazy. The Lions have won ONE playoff game since the Ford family bought them in 1963. Before that they had 4 championships, 3 of them in the 50’s.
They had a lot of injuries, but the worst was to Hutchinson who was the #1 rated pass rusher on PFF before going down and then their top two or three corners went down-- including one at the start of the game. After that, the comment was made that the Lions would have to adjust their game plan. Ouch.Yes. This is their team that should go to the SB but injuries on defense, they have no chance. Can't expect to score 40+ in the playoffs.
Also, Washington's mascot looks suspiciously like Pres. #45.Crazy. The Lions have won ONE playoff game since the Ford family bought them in 1963. Before that they had 4 championships, 3 of them in the 50’s.
Fitting that the Commanders and Chiefs win right before the new Commander in Chief is inaugurated. Washington Commanders win with 45 before 45 is inaugurated again in Washington.
You could make a case for both. I'm rooting for Buffalo to get their 1st SB win this year.No Vikings or Bills on that list?
