It will most likely happen through garnished wages. That is, if she ever gets another job. I don't know what the statute is in that particular state, but in Kansas and Missouri it's up to 25% for 20 years.

So you are telling me that an adult, and a professional, who is mentally stable can't comprehend that they might have hell to pay if they sleep with a 16 year old boy? The stressors on a teacher can be immense, being a working stiff in their 20s can be a very isolating experience...so I can imagine that this action came from desperation. If a 20+ year old man has to get it from a 16 year old girl then he has issues. The same thing goes for a female, even if our stupified college football underworld says otherwise.
