We have been resetting and starting over for 18 years. We have fired 3 coaches and are apparently on the verge of firing a fourth thinking that all we need to do is spend a lot of money and we will eventually get the right guy. Maybe what we ought to do is fire the people who are making the decisions to hire and then fire everyone. What have we paid out to fired coaches and their assistants over the past 18 years? If we fire Mike Riley we will start all over again, new coaches, new systems and terminology. Some things won't change like continued losses and excuses. Excuses like they need to have time to recruit their players etc., etc. Riley seems to be making necessary changes in his coaching staff. I know it's a novel concept, but maybe we should help him rather than threaten him with his job.
