3rd down

Good teams get off the field on third down on defense and make 3rd and shorts on offense. Need to get off the field on defense

I was talking more the 3&10s. Have to be able to get off the field. Against Ohio St we gave up a 3&20. Sounds have made a difference in that game but a 3rd down stop in this game will make a differnece

On the season we have been pretty good on 3rd downs... need to get back to that the last 2 games...

I can see giving up the occasional jump ball pass or a busted play but it seems teams regularly have guys running wide open against us.
