Once again, we had plenty of chances and utterly failed to make the one last play needed to win the game.

Whelp. Back to being the laughing stock of football again. Defense was absolutley trash. Massive fxcking holes up thr middle all game. No adjustments.
I can’t remember a time when refs can easily flag us but miss so many easy calls on the other team

Sad. Really thought we had a team to get us to a good bowl game. Now, 6 may be tough. Purdue, UCLA and maybe Wisc.
Ain’t giving an ounce of credit to Illinois. Got about every break and blatant no call possible.
I still say they do too much hitting during the week, the 2nd halves they have shit left in the tank.
One TD in the 2nd half in a game where we needed to score some points and couldn't.

It's not the end of the world guys. 3-1 seemed nice at the beginning of the season. Can still make a good bowl and maybe get to 8-4. Not giving up on these guys yet
Our D cost is the game, plain and simple!! Altmeier played a hell of a game and they just simply did what they wanted. Our D looked out of shape, tired and unmotivated!
It needs looked into….defense was slow and flat footed. O line really bad 4th quarter and OT

We had our opportunities to put this one away many times and we failed. The refs made it even harder. You better believe we would have been called for a later hit at the end there if it was reversed

Shouldn't have been that close a good line would have helped establish the run.
They’re friends though and Rhule is a nice guy
Plus Rhule’s got enough to worry about in terms of when to challenge plays, when to call timeouts and how clocks work
