In Hindsight

I'm here in peace, I promise. :)

But you are 2-6 after getting rid of Frost.

The whole world knows he can't coach, however, are you glad you got rid of him when you did?

The same question goes for your defensive coordinator.

Was it worth the extra money?

I know it's water under the bridge but it's IA NE week and was wondering about it while watching you play WI.

Thanks and hoping for a great day of football on Friday.

USC-UCLA

Good lord, Nebraska needs a homerun hire at HC. I don't even mean by name. I just mean someone who can bring the program back. Because these two teams will likely be in NU's division, if divisions still exist when they join. But even if they're not, just the fact that these two teams will be in the league means Nebraska needs a serious upgrade in talent across the board.

SC-UCLA have some dudes out there. Mostly on offense, but most of them will be playing on Sundays. Hope the B1G is ready.

Volleyball Madi Kubik named B1G Player of the Week; Huskers move up one spot in AVCA Poll

Nebraska outside hitter Madi Kubik was named the Big Ten's Player of the Week for the fourth time in her career Monday afternoon. Kubik was instrumental this weekend for the Huskers, who kept its hope of a Big Ten title alive with sweeps of Iowa and No. 19 Purdue. The Iowa native averaged 5.17 kills and 3.33 digs per set across the two matches including a season-high 17 kills on Sunday against the Boilermakers. In total, she had a .347 hitting percentage during the weekend.

Additionally, Nebraska moved up one spot from No. 6 to No. 5 in the latest AVCA Coaches Poll that was released Monday afternoon. The top four remain the same with No. 1 Texas, No. 2 San Diego, No. 3 Wisconsin and No. 4 Louisville. After losing to both Maryland and Indiana over the weekend, Ohio State dropped back three spots to No. 8. Minnesota remains at No. 9 as the Huskers will take on the Gophers on Saturday's season finale after Nebraska faces the Badgers on Friday.

Creighton moves back to No. 15 after losing to Marquette in its season finale. As a result, Marquette moves one spot ahead of the Bluejays at No. 14 as both teams head into the Big East Conference Tournament.

Football Carpenter: Next era of Nebraska football can’t come soon enough

The annual failures against Wisconsin and Iowa define why the next era of Nebraska football can't come soon enough.

Matt Abdellmasseh

What a freaking dork! So it’s the fans fault the team sucks? The same fans that still show up at numbers this program has no business playing in front of? Lol. This East Coast clown sure lives up to the reputation. Same guy hid in his apartment for 2 years because he was scared of Rona. Lol. Now popping off behind a microphone. Typical of his ilk.

No bowl for 6th consecutive year

Teams typically have approx 15 practices leading up to a bowl game

Teams are allowed 29 practices in the summer/fall prior to their 1st game

This program has lost 90 practices - or the equivalent of just over 3 full fall camps as a result of not being able to get to 6 wins any of the last 6 years

When we talk about development those practices become pretty important
