Scrappy team, class of the Southland conference with lots of regional experience. Moving to CUSA next year which is a major upgrade over Southland. They'll play well in CUSA we can be sure of that.

We get the call on what looked to be a low pitch for a strikeout for the first out

Another walk loads em up … end of the night for Perry. Bolt left him out there waaaaaay too long. He obviously didn’t have his control … why leave him out there that long.

I know it’s only the first game and all, but I don’t get why Bolt left Perry out there so long when it was obvious he didn’t have it.
It was a tad odd. My guess is they assumed he would work his way through it. He seemed off from the start though.
