here is the drive summary for KC's game winning FG in the 2023 AFC title game vs the Bengals:
  • 1st & 10 at KC 47

    (0:30 - 4th) (Shotgun) I.Pacheco left end to CIN 47 for 6 yards (J.Bates; T.Hendrickson).
  • (0:21 - 4th) Timeout #3 by KC at 00:21.
  • 2nd & 4 at CIN 47

    (0:21 - 4th) (Shotgun) P.Mahomes pass incomplete short middle to S.Moore (J.Ossai).
  • 3rd & 4 at CIN 47

(0:17 - 4th) (Shotgun) P.Mahomes scrambles right end ran ob at CIN 42 for 5 yards (J.Ossai). PENALTY on CIN-J.Ossai, Unnecessary Roughness, 15 yards, enforced at CIN 42.
  • 1st & 10 at CIN 27

    (0:03 - 4th) H.Butker 45 yard field goal is GOOD, Center-J.Winchester, Holder-T.Townsend.

that penalty was a gift on a controversial mahomes flop, of course, and directly preceded KC's game winning FG.

please stop posting extremely biased disinformation on this forum because you feel icky about your team receiving the exact treatment from the refs you believe is given to every NU opponent.

thanks.
Maybe go back and rewatch that one. Ossai gave him a two-handed shove in the back/shoulder while his (Ossai's) own foot was on the white, with Mahomes further out of bounds. Not a great example.

Ossai hit him several feet out of bounds. That is the least controversial penalty ever called on a hit against Mahomes

the post stated zero (0) first downs via penalty on a game winning/tying 4th quarter/OT drive since 2019.

I had to look at just one single game to prove that stat to be complete and utter contrived kc fan coping horseshit.

and here you scumbags go tripping over yourselves to defend a blatant lie.

wish I was surprised.

It's obvious you want to keep crying about officials. But that wasn't really the point of the stat, it was to show how good Mahomes has been in those situations, which was what the post I was replying to was about. The Bengals game was tied, KC wasn't behind, so it wouldn't have been included.

But seriously, you are still crying about this call? A "gift on a controversial Mahomes flop".

That is a penalty every single time, even if you don't like the team getting the call.

Sports fans are a peculiar group of people. They hate greatness. Cannot understand how anyone who likes football does not like watching the Chiefs. I can understand being a fan of another team, but not acknowledging Mahomes greatness is ludicrous as he is the BEST quarterback in the world who is currently playing. Second place is not close. The Eagles may beat the Chiefs in the Super Bowl but that will not make Jalen Hurts a better quarterback.
I think a huge part of it - ESPECIALLY in this day and age - is that when a team is great, they are inescapable, and start to grate on people. The Chiefs have been in peoples' lives from Week 1 until the Super Bowl for 3 years straight, 5 years out of the last 6, we know their personalities, their celebrations, their players are in sooo many annoying commercials, we know too much about their families/wives/girlfriends, ya know what I mean? Modern sports media has made it unbearable because of all the attention on things OTHER than the on-field greatness.

this is hilarious.

I absolutely love to see you brush this stuff off with KC after spending the entire college football season crying about officials.

one of my favorite parts of this chiefs run.

nobody talks about mahomes's play or reid's coaching

everyone is sick of the chiefs because of their white trash scumbag fanbase, which makes sense because it's mostly kst, KU and mizzou backers

can't imagine rubbing elbows with those people. disgusting

Your post was complete bullshit. So time to deflect and cry. Typical.
so KC didn't have a penalty put them in position for a game winning FG in the '23 AFC title game?

because according to reality, that's exactly what happened.

I don't think anyone ever claimed otherwise. But pretending that wasn't an obvious penalty because of your petty jealousy toward the team it was called for is sad.

Whatever pathetic team you’re a fan of has at least one fan worse than any Chiefs fan

It’s not petty jealousy

Merely pointing out your laugh out loud hypocrisy re: the refs in addition to your post’s incorrect nature

There is a difference

The post is correct you just can’t read. And are also clearly a jealous, petty baby.
Again, it’s a post I would make.

Completely omits relevant details like the penalties on the game winning final drives of both the bengals and eagles postseason games.

Seems you’re trolling at this point. Good on you and on brand for an insufferable KC fan.

Chiefs fanbase looks very very similar to Husker fanbase. Don’t be delusional that NU fans are any better than Chiefs fans.

Nope

Way fatter, way more insufferable

Kc fans overwhelmingly root for mizzou, kst and KU (hoops)

So you say it's a lie, give a bad example that doesn't prove it's a lie, and then move to "Chiefs fans are bad people."

I know it's your style, but choosing weird hills to die on and then moving the goalposts whenever your position becomes untenable is a strange way to communicate.

Nobody knows cherry-picked stats better than me.

I showed KC getting a first down via penalty the play before a game winning fg in the playoffs, which the people who made and liked that post would lead you to believe did not happen.

Chiefs fans are bad people, though. No doubt about that.

That isn't what the post said. The post said 11 drives when down a score. The Chiefs were not behind in your example against the Bengals, or when Bradberry held in the Super Bowl. So the claim is factually correct (unless you have another example - I can't be bothered to go check all of those drives).

Since it's technically correct, you move to "this is misinformation" and go to your examples of other situations not covered by the stat in the twitter post where the Chiefs had late penalties called in their favor. We point out that your example is bad because the penalty was called correctly (and in the other example, Bradberry held, too).

By the way, the post wasn't about refs - it was about how great the Chiefs have been in the playoffs when they had to have it at the end of a game. They add the note about the refs to get ahead of people (like you) who can't help but say, "but refs," because said people can't emotionally cope with the fact that the Chiefs just continue to be slightly better than everybody else. Guess it didn't work.

I've lived both places. I've even been booed on the field at Arrowhead.

They're a lot like Nebraska fans.

But if I remember correctly, you basically said Chiefs fans deserved the parade shooting. So maybe you can identify scumbags the same way you can see "Cherry-picked troll stats."

Pretty sure I said the opposite, especially about those poor victims.

More blood on KC’s hands via one of their own.

Terrible.

If you’re going to throw around allegations like those, probably best to bring a quote or two with you.

Memory is fickle, especially given the newly revealed demographics of this board.

Revisiting that tragic thread

I said that would never happen at a Nebraska title parade.

That comment sent you off the deep end for some reason.

Even said Nebraskans and Missourians are the same? Lol.

Ok man. You said the "Chiefs culture had infected the fanbase" and "No one was safe." You also made a joke about Mahomes being a poor role model because suspects were wearing his jersey.

I told you the people are essentially the same (which I still stand by) and you jumped on that to make it into a semantic argument because you're a self-acknowledged troll and, as I mentioned before, will move the goalposts whenever you feel like to... something... maybe so you feel like you're winning? Maybe because you just want the argument to continue?

Ah well, guess I'll just keep living in this town full of scumbags and enjoy celebrating with my neighbors and coworkers when the Chiefs beat your team again. Whoever that is. Do you even have an NFL team, or do you just hate everything?

this is not even close to me saying anyone deserved to be shot by a chiefs fan.

I expect an apology for that slanderous allegation.
