I agree its a dirty play and I don't want him to do it here, but to think that would be a reason to not want him on your team is just silly. There's a reason Incognito played for so many years - does he have integrity? No, but he was damn good.

And yes, they are taking a chance on him. I'd like to see that same effort applied to moving his feet and bending his knees. Maybe he'll be less of a bully when the guys across the line aren't half his size.

Not concerned, a good coach can put a stop to that. Benching always makes a player rethink their game play after the whistle.

Or, third option... acknowledge that it's a dirty play and it's bad while also acknowledging that maybe it shouldn't be a death penalty and the kid can still be a promising recruit.
