if we could get a regional basketball tourney with Mizzou, KU, Iowa, Iowa St, Creighton, NU, Wichita St, and UNI or KSU?

Play the quarterfinals on a home and home basis, then rotate the semi sites between Des Moines, Omaha, and Kansas City.

I’m not 100% sure about college football, but I know with certainty that there is at least a board for basketball on the Iowa site.......oh yeah and a wrestling board.

I'd rather have Big 8 preseason tournament with all of the teams from the old Big 8. It would be cool to see KU, K State, Mizzou, Iowa St, Colorado, OU, OSU and NU back in a tournament again. Hold it at Kemper Arena.

Along those lines, we had 3 local affiliates (CBS, NBC, ABC) here in Eastern Iowa, and the head of the Rock Island TV station (ABC) would show the Big 8 conference games. He was an Iowa St grad. lol. Good ball back in the day
