Riley has his team prepped for the Hawkeyes and crushes them IN Memorial Stadium, walks off with a bang, and Memorial Stadium cheers Riley on his final walk back to the locker room.

What a way to go out!

A few days/weeks later, Frost is HC.

FWIW I’ve appreciated some of the things Riley has done at DONU.

I would love to see the team motivated and fighting for MR. Unfortunately, this is part of how we got to this point. They don’t

I would love it if Riley found a way to beat a pretty average Iowa team because he is nice. But I'd put the likelihood at about 1%, maybe less.

Based on what I saw during the Minnesota game, the players are no longer playing for the coaches, each other, or themselves with the exception of a handful. It takes a team effort to win a football game against anyone.

Honestly how can you blame them? The Defensive Coordinator is a complete fraud, the Offensive Coordinator does everything possible to put them in a position to lose and the Head Coach has no control over anything that goes on. It's just sad.

Jesus will it ever end? Lol Now we can all see why SE knew he could get away with hiring nice guy Mike Riley. Naive fans focused on everything BUT winning

Well said!

I hope he goes out how he started, but instead it is a Hail Mary to win the game.

Then the prodigal son Scott Frost returns.

I hate to say this op but we will get our ass beat in that game.

Riley has been known for his once in a while big upsets, so who knows. Michigan State game was a huge relief and hopeful excitement game. Highlight of the Riley years!
