Not sure that I would want Cav fetching donuts if I expect that any of them will make it back.Don't forget Cav on coffee and donut detail.
What your staff has done is certainly commendable. With that said, it is not unique and still has some ways to go to catch up to those ahead of the curve. He has done a great job of implementing best practices of other programs but what you guys probably need is more of an innovator. Well that is easier said than done, so maybe someone who can simply move you from being a multi-region recruiter to being a true national one. There are enough guys out there that have worked in programs that have done that...that even if your next head coach isn't one of them he can bring in some guys who can help design and build that infrastructure. Point being that you don't need Reilly to keep doing what you are doing...you can even take it up another level...it just needs to be a priority when hiring if this staff is not retained. No because his staff gets recruiting
