What do you guys think of Will Honas and your chances to land him? He's the #1 JUCO LB in the nation from Kansas. Iowa has been going after him really hard but he visits Nebraska this weekend. I felt confident when it seemed like it was Iowa vs Kansas State, but now IDK. Haven't really heard anything in a while besides he wants to sign next week.

247 Sports has him 100% Iowa but we know how quickly they flip flop and change their minds after kids visit places. The real thing will be if they change after his visit this weekend but before he commits

I would be happier than heck if Huskers land this kid....Immediate toughness and wow, what a hitter....the type of hitting that can intimidate an opponent

I would prefer another Jewell that plays for Iowa, but I doubt the rest of the BIG and the teams that Iowa plays do

Is he planning a visit ? there isn't much time left before the early signing date.

He's visiting Nebraska this weekend. As I said in the OP

Kid has some of the best juco LB film I've seen since Lavonte David. Would love to have him here. Getting him in for a visit is a good start. No clue which way he's leaning. Would love if it were N.
