I have seen posters call Nebraska fans who go to the Peach Bowl weird. I have seen the fact that Nebraska media is at the game weird.
I ask why is it weird?
One of the very few things we have left is our incredible passion for our program. I think that passion is a good thing, not a weird thing.
I went to the crossing outlet mall over Xmas break while visiting my mom in Papio and there was a huge electronic billboard that said “welcome home Scott Frost”... I took a pic and put it on social media and my friends here in Wisconsin couldn’t believe it.
Just my opinion but we should never apologize for our amazing passion we have for our program.
I have gobbled up every nugget of info coming out of the peach bowl week. And if I lived in Atlanta, I’d be at the peach bowl cheering for UCF in my Nebraska gear - not in an “in your face” kind of way; but in a proud, pro-Nebraska way. Maybe I’m weird! Go Big Red!
