dont they like him? You’d think if ur coaches job is on the line and you cared for him you would step up to help. This quitting seems historic. Has any team quit this bad before?

leadership is part of it as others have said, but I think a part of it is lack of 'team'. The mentality of the program was about 'getting to the nfl'.. not about playing as a team of brothers. At least, that's what I see.

You’d get more emotion out of a turnip than Tanner Lee

Tanner is a stand up kid, goes to press conference every week and answers questions. I am guessing very few on this board could do the same at their place of work. This place is amazing.
