why do we not go after this dexter lawrence kid?

This guy i would guarantee would be a perfect fit for our attacking defense. He is a monster who is very strong and very quick. Yes I know he is the number one rated kid on rivals for 2016. Can anyone tell me why we havent even offered him? Is he a trouble maker? does he only want to play SEC? bad in school? I havent seen dominance like that since we had Suh. check out his videos if you havent seen them yet.
