It is the elephant in the room that nobody wants to talk about but many players DO need to be accountable. I’ve been saying this for a while.
The last paragraph is a 101 on how to throw your players under the bus.

There is a common thread between two coaching regimes and similar outcomes in games. What is that common thread? Some players. Honestly I can’t wait two years from now when some of those players have moved on. When the same players make the same mistakes, same breakdowns, same lack of effort, etc etc…no magic wand can help these players.
