I'm a HUGE Husker fan Colorado native and head coach of a 5A basketball team in Colorado. Ive seen Max, Christian, Dillion and Luke McCaffrey play football and basketball and all I can say is the family and kids are all class acts. Even in a loss Ed McCaffrey always made a point to shake our hands when I was an assistant at D'Evelyn. My request to all HUSKER nation is please don't set unrealistic goals and add more pressure than this kid can handle. Trust me I feel this kid can handle a ton but Luke is human and will make some mistakes. I truly believe Luke will flourish in Frosts system and represent husker nation the way we all feel it should be. We are very lucky to have Luke committed to Husker Nation...GO BIg RED!
