this new era of college football might be playing more a part in it than we care to admit.

Rhule's record when dealing with free agency is now 21-39.

his penchant for finding and developing non-traditional football talent seems to have been deprioritized in his attempt to build NU in the NIL era.

Jalen Lloyd - a 3* non-traditional football recruit with conference championship sprinter speed - is the exact kind of guy we saw Rhule win with in his prior stops.

now, even after producing on the field as a true frosh, that player sits behind two well-paid transfers who can't make plays.

this is another thing that's worrisome to me - Rhule's core belief has been virtually non-existent here outside of the 7 games Haarberg started in '23.

and no, I am not suggesting HH should play. DR is a great fit for our team and a stupendous talent - we just need to help him out and I'm not sure surrounding him with mercenaries is the answer.

Rhule said we want to be a developmental program - then DO IT!

Jalen and Barney are the only ones making plays. Both of those guys should start and they need to find another one in the last few games.

I wouldn’t be surprised if the Raiola clan were also involved with this change. Dylan is losing a lot of potential future earnings unless things change drastically. A lot more of these moves are going to happen throughout college football as a proactive measure to mitigate potential future losses to the portal

As I have stated in other threads he is not going anywhere
Which means others who are not performing will go
